After the coming and passing of Y2K without any major consequences, a team was established at the Department of Secret Investigations to prove the validity of predicted future disasters.
This team, headed by myself takes on this program on two fronts. First and foremost, we aim to minimize economic losses on unnecessary preparation. Second, we aim to inform the public of anything that may be regarded as probable.
This report is a proposal to allow the total and absolute disclosure of any and all findings to the public, as we feel they have the right to know. The decision is ultimately up to you and your cabinet, and we trust you will make the right decision.
Of course, this report is confidential and is for your eyes only. Attached are all the findings of years of research and tens of thousands of dollars in research funding.
